What is Business Event & Expo eVisa?

The Brazil Business Event & Expo eVisa is intended for eligible travellers visiting Brazil to attend business events, exhibitions, conferences or trade fairs. It allows them to take part in these activities for a short stay but does not permit paid work in Brazil.

This eVisa is available only to Chinese citizens who hold a valid Chinese passport and meet the application requirements.

Passport Biopage Scan: A clear scan of the full passport bio page is required, with all details and the MRZ visible.
Applicant Photo: A recently taken digital photo of the applicant is required. The photo must be free of any shadows, glare, or edits.
Invitation Letter from Brazilian Company/Event Organiser: An Invitation letter from the Brazilian company, addressed to the Brazilian Embassy/Consulate in China, on official letterhead with stamp and signature, must be submitted.
Round-Trip Flight Tickets: Confirmed return tickets in English or Portuguese are required, showing the traveller’s name, flight numbers and travel dates.
