Access and Use of Services

Registration Requirements

Mobile Services

Some features of the Services may be accessed through a mobile device and are referred to collectively as "Mobile Services." If you use the Services on a mobile device, your wireless provider may apply standard messaging, data, and other carrier charges. Certain Mobile Services may be restricted by your carrier, and not all Mobile Services are available on every device or network.

By using Mobile Services, you consent to receive communications from us and our related entities by SMS, MMS, text message, or other electronic methods to your mobile device. You also acknowledge that information related to your Mobile Services usage may be shared with us. If your mobile number changes or is deactivated, you must promptly update your account details to prevent communications from being sent to the wrong recipient.

Delivery Times

Although we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, we do not guarantee delivery within any specific time frame.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, acts of God, war, actions of public enemies, civil unrest, labor strikes, or acts and omissions of public authorities (including government system delays or outages).

Visa requirements are determined by the relevant government authorities and may change at any time without prior notice. While we aim to provide accurate and current information, we do not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or up to date, and we are not liable for reliance placed on such information.

Cancellation and Refund Support for Travel Documentation Services

At E-visa-brazil, we recognize that travel plans may change without notice. Our cancellation and refund terms are intended to provide transparency and fairness while remaining aligned with applicable immigration requirements. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Eligibility for Cancellation

For Normal processing orders, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order. For urgent, rush, and super-rush orders, cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of order submission.
A cancellation request may be considered only when the application has been submitted but has not yet entered official government processing.
After an application has been forwarded to the appropriate government consulate for review, or once it is under review/approved, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
If required documents or information are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the order may be automatically canceled and may not be eligible for refund.
If an application has already been cancelled and rejected, no further cancellation request can be accepted and all fees remain non-refundable.
Where duplicate applications are submitted, one application may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before processing begins.
If a customer decides not to travel, cancellation may be requested only before processing has started.
If additional documents are requested and not provided within the stated deadline, and the application is rejected as a result, a refund may not be available.
No refund will be issued if an application is canceled or refused due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer. While we offer support during the process, the customer remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted details.
For duplicate payments, customers must provide proof of both transactions to be considered for a refund. Duplicate-payment refunds are processed after verification and may take 3-5 business days to confirm.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved only when a cancellation request is submitted before processing begins.
If a customer is unable to travel due to force majeure events (such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances), refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the processing stage.
If visa-processing systems are affected by technical issues, cancellation and refund requests will be evaluated individually.
Customers must ensure that visa validity aligns with travel dates before submitting an application. If travel plans change, cancellation must be requested before processing starts, as no changes are permitted once processing has begun.
If an incorrect visa category is chosen, cancellation and refund may be possible only if requested before processing begins with the relevant government consulate.
If a visa is refused due to previous travel violations, ineligibility, or prior rejections, all applicable fees remain non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued only through the original payment method used for the application; alternative payout methods are not permitted.

No Cancellation & Refund After Visa Issuance

Once a visa has been issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If a customer later decides not to use an approved visa, or obtains a visa on arrival, the issued visa remains valid for its stated validity period and cannot be revoked.
After visa issuance, all paid fees remain non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent change in travel plans.

Processing Time for Cancellation & Refund and data security

Cancellation and refund requests are generally processed without delay. If a refund is approved, it may take 4-17 business days to appear in your bank account.
When an application is canceled, the personal information submitted for that request is removed from our systems in accordance with our data-handling procedures.

Additional Considerations

Refund Fee: A refund handling fee of $20 or more may apply. For payments made in non-USD currencies, this amount may vary based on exchange conditions and processing costs.
Refund Reversals: A refund may be reversed, delayed, or declined where transaction issues arise from the customer's side.
Currency Fluctuation: The final refunded amount may differ from the original amount paid due to exchange-rate movements at the time of refund processing.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These damages may arise from circumstances including, but not limited to:

(i) your use of, or inability to use, the Services;

(ii) the cost of obtaining substitute goods or services arising from any goods, data, information, services, messages, or transactions purchased, received, or entered into through the Services;

(iii) unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data;

(iv) statements or conduct of any third party in connection with the Services; or

(v) any other matter related to the Services.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any and all damages, losses, or causes of action will not exceed ninety-nine USD ($99). This cap applies to all claims, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or under any other legal basis.

We implement industry-standard safeguards, including SSL encryption and secure email infrastructure, to protect personal and transaction data. However, no security framework can provide absolute protection. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee complete protection from viruses, malware, cyberattacks, or other third-party threats. If a breach occurs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we are not liable for resulting damages.

To improve your personal security, we recommend using strong passwords, sharing sensitive information cautiously, and following accepted online safety practices. Depending on your needs, you may also consider cyber-insurance for additional protection against cyber-related incidents.

Payment Processing

We process payments through reputable third-party providers, including Paypal, Stripe, Spreedly, Amazon, Braintree, and comparable platforms. Credit-card information is not stored on our servers.

Transaction data shared between our systems and payment providers is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. Unencrypted cardholder information is not transmitted through our payment channels.

We coordinate with trusted payment partners and maintain appropriate safeguards to protect the confidentiality and integrity of payment data.

Visa regulations and entry requirements may change without notice. We are not responsible for modifications made by government authorities, or for delays, interruptions, or losses resulting from such changes.

We are not liable for costs, damages, or expenses arising from any cause, including changes to travel plans, travel disruptions, travel restrictions, or related consequences. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses, including loss of income or profit. In all circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid by the customer for visa, photo, or passport processing services.

Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies

To improve and optimize the Services, we may collect usage data through server logs, cookies, and tracking pixels. You can manage cookie settings through your browser, including receiving alerts when cookies are set or updated, or disabling cookies entirely.

Information Collected From Third Parties & Online Analytics

As part of service delivery, we may use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics, to analyze user behavior and platform performance. We may also obtain information from third-party sources, such as social-media platforms or partner websites, including when users access the Services through accounts such as Facebook or Google.

Retention of the Information We Collect

We retain information for a reasonable period necessary to provide the Services, unless modification or deletion is requested where legally applicable. Personal data is retained only for as long as required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. After that period, data is securely restricted within our systems and retained only for the following purposes:

To address and protect our legitimate interests related to any claims regarding the Affiliate Program or contractual relationship with the Affiliate.
To comply with our legal obligations.
To conclude investigations into identified fraudulent or illicit activities.

Information collected through cookies is retained until consent is withdrawn, where consent is the applicable legal basis. When retention is no longer required, personal data is securely deleted from our systems.
