Who Can Use the Group Application Feature?

The group application option is available for travellers who plan to enter Brazil together, including:

  • Families travelling with children
  • Couples
  • Friends travelling as a private group
  • Tour or organised travel groups

Travellers with different nationalities can be included in the same group application, provided each applicant is individually eligible for a Brazil eVisa.

Role of the Primary Applicant

The primary applicant:

  • Creates the group application.
  • Adds all the applicants.
  • Uploads the required documents and information for each traveller.
  • Completes the payment for the entire application.
  • Receives status updates for all applicants on the registered email ID.
  • Tracks the progress of the group application.

Though the primary applicant manages the application, every traveller remains an individual eVisa applicant.

Brazil Group eVisa Fees and Payment

The Brazil eVisa fee applies to each applicant added to the application. Adding several travellers to one application does not mean that a single visa fee covers the entire group.

The primary applicant can complete the payment for all applicants included in the group application at the time of submission.

Processing of Group Applications

Although family or group members submit their applications together, each applicant is processed individually. Therefore, processing and the final decision may differ between applicants in the same group.

One applicant receiving an eVisa does not automatically mean that all other applicants in the group will receive an eVisa.

Brazil eVisa Requirements for Each Group Member

Every person added to the group application must meet the Brazil eVisa requirements individually. Documents and personal information must be provided separately for each applicant.

The required documents may vary according to the applicant's nationality and selected eVisa type. Documents submitted for one family or group member cannot be used as the documents of another applicant.

Each applicant is processed individually, even though the application is submitted together.

Before submitting the application, check that every traveller has been added and that their personal, passport and travel details are correct.

Can travellers submit separate applications instead?

Yes. Travellers may choose to apply separately if they prefer not to use the group application feature.

What Each Applicant Receives

After processing:

  • Each traveller receives an individual Brazil eVisa
  • Approval decisions are made separately for each applicant
  • Visa validity and entry permission apply to the individual traveller

Group submission does not affect the independence of each visa decision.

Once approved, the eVisa belongs only to the traveller whose details appear on it and cannot be transferred to another family or group member.
